# FAQ

1. Q: Why it shows "API is no longer valid or incorrect" when I want to connect my exchange API?\

   A: When you see this error message, please check with instructions below:

   1. Aries's IP address on the bottom of the window is added into \[Restrict access to trusted IPs only] area of your exchange API.
   2. \[Enable Futures] is checked.
   3. The API key and Secret key are both correct.
2. Q: There is no \[Enable Futures] option for me.\
